Educating about the Outdoors since 2019
Josiah is a lifelong outdoorsman with a passion for creative problem-solving in the wild. Growing up in the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), he discovered the thrill of outdoor adventures and the satisfaction of mastering survival skills. After years of teaching wilderness survival to Scouts, Josiah expanded his reach in 2019 by bringing his knowledge to local libraries and outdoorsman groups. This led to the creation of ForestDigital Outdoors—a place where people in the Oklahoma area can learn to see the outdoors in new and exciting ways.
At ForestDigital Outdoors, we believe in repurposing and reimagining everyday items for survival, from turning a trash bag into a poncho to using an old CD as a signaling device. Our classes aren’t just about survival skills; they’re about sparking creativity and inspiring a problem-solving mindset that can be applied to any challenge, whether in the wilderness or everyday life.
